2003-05-05 01:49:39教育部與勞委會該總動員了？根據報導，5月1日上午，＜教育部校園安全中心＞公布最新ＳＡＲＳ疫情通報，新增病例或疑似病例包括：永和市智光商職、永和市頂溪國小各有一名，志仁高中進修學校、嘉義大學幼教班與雲林縣古坑國小各有一名。
我們相信，隨著疫情的擴大蔓延，上列數字只增不減，隔離與在家學習的時間日益加長，因此，未來ＳＡＲＳ風暴已不僅僅侷限於「醫療」與「公共衛生」的範圍了！ 首先，居家隔離1226名學生與停課在家學習近15000名學生的“教育空窗期”怎麼辦？落後的學習進度如何趕上？ 其次，由於被迫隔離，其可能引發學生的身心問題，與對學生人格發展與心智成長所產生的負面影響，要怎麼因應與解決？ 再者，近一萬五千名學生被迫在家學習，這勢必造成許多雙薪家庭的嚴重困擾，因為，父母兩人之一不得不請假以在家照顧小孩，一方面督促小孩做功課，二方面打理小孩三餐，三方面預防小孩四處亂跑而被感染ＳＡＲＳ，然而，在經濟惡化與資方剝削壓迫勞工日深的情勢下，請假過久就恐怕飯碗不保！ 所以，該是＜教育部＞與＜勞工委員會＞總動員的時候了！否則，ＳＡＲＳ受害者將不只是ＳＡＲＳ病患、疑似ＳＡＲＳ病患及其家屬而已，屆時，上述成千上萬的學生與家長也將“被迫”加入受害者陣營！搞不好，有某一社會運動團體介入、組織與動員這些為數可觀的受害者，或將組成＜ＳＡＲＳ受害者聯盟＞之類的運動組織，而掀起一場“政治ＳＡＲＳ”！ 由 發表於 May 5, 2003 01:49 AM | 引用迴響
