不被官方認可的「黑」災民！（一）

□編按：在921災民之中，有一些災民是不被官方認可，因其震災前的住宅是租屋，基於不當的「所有權人原則」而被排除在921災民「法定」身份之外，故而，完全得不到「合法」921災民應有的待遇。但是，這些承租戶的經濟處境卻比絕大多數「合法」的921災民更為困苦，更需要台灣社會的關注與政府的人權保障，所以，＜蜂報＞特別刊出這篇個案報導。

四十初頭的素梅，儘管身子削瘦，但掩抑不住她的堅毅，獨自扶養著一子一女，一個典型的單親家庭。

早年，就像所有中小企業，素梅和先生勤奮打拼，開了一家工廠，先生是老闆兼經營管理者，而她則是管帳兼總務的老闆娘。所以，穿金戴銀，極盡享受，閒來無事血拼、打麻將、玩股票、出國旅遊等少奶奶的奢華生活，並非素梅的寫照。就如同平凡的普通家庭，每天在相夫教子、打理家務中渡過，只是家計無虞。

在資本全球化的浪潮下，無可避免地，台灣經濟也節節衰退，先生的工廠是典型的中小企業，自然抵擋不住不以人為意志所能移轉的經濟規律，裁員，關廠，是被迫的選擇！留下一筆數千萬元的債務，丈夫自認為是自己無能，害家人受苦，為了不使家人不受討債的騷擾，就一肩擔下債務，不知躲到何處去了！

靠自己要東山再起，是不可能了，但是，日子總是要過。

素梅放下昔日曾為老闆娘的身段，經朋友謀得了一份會計差事，雖只有萬把塊的收入，至少能供給家中開銷。為了不被殘酷的勞動力市場淘汰，赤梅還特地花錢學電腦，這是ｅ化時代的普遍焦慮。

在東勢鎮石角口找到一棟透天厝，每月三千租金租住五坪不到的小房間，就是母子三人的“家”了。客廳是別人的倉庫，堆滿了雜物，只留下一條小小的通道，容許母子三人進出，貧窮，把她們走路的自由自在也剝奪了！

人生遭逢這麼巨大的起伏變化，不僅素梅難以逆料，更非她所願，但是，除了逆來順受，除了認命，除了求生存，她還能如何呢？青春不再，夢想破滅，唯一也是最大的生命動力，就是把兒女養大成人，這是所有小說與電視劇情節的千篇一律，卻也是真實世界裡的真實狀態！

把自己的幸福之夢寄望於下一代，這是上一任的共通補償心理，也是最簡單不過的生命信念。而教育與高學歷，是寄望下一代最具體而又想得到的目標，畢竟高學歷等於高收入的現實法則，尚未改變。貧窮的素梅沒法讓兒女上補習班，只好ＤＩＹ，白天為養家活而忙碌，晚上則要親自陪伴督促小孩們讀書做功課。

就這麼，始終不能擺脫與貧窮為伍，但是，母兼父、師三職，在侷促狹小的天地裡，卻讓母子三人發展出比其它家庭更和樂、更緊密、更濃厚的親情！

然而，命運總是與貧窮者為敵！三年多前的九月二十一日夜晚，蒼穹中閃爍著數點星光，平靜如昔，沉睡的「地牛」卻倏忽地翻身怒吼，一震山搖地動，駭人心弦，把在睡夢中的赤梅驚醒了，一股比當年破產丈夫負債逃走時，還要令她恐慌的恐慌侵襲著她的內心深處！

焦急、無助、彷徨、害怕、惶悚等各種情緒籠罩著母子三人，好不容易，終於捱到了地震停歇，母子三人相擁奪門而出……
