不被官方認可的「黑」災民！（二）

幾天後，素梅母子三人雖然都安然無傷，但是，所有的家當財物卻還在那間不到五坪的蝸居裡，沒了家當，失了財物，教素梅一家如何生存？


921地震後，在政府命令下，國軍前來支援救災，看著許多阿兵哥進進出出，素梅要求是否有人可以幫忙搬出電視、冰箱、洗衣機、微波爐等這些辛苦勞動所購置的家當財物。然而，危險與畏懼，阻卻了伸出幫忙的援手。

雖然，蝸居並未倒塌，但已有龜裂現象，在餘震的威脅下，一般人都不敢進入，阿兵哥自是不會比一般人更勇敢。阿兵哥皆勸道：
這太危險了！你再買新的吧！不要冒著生命危險，進去搬那些東西了，畢竟生命才是無價的，這些東西沒了可以再買，命要是沒了，可是再也換不回的！

過路友人聽了也來搭聲幫腔：
素梅啊！這些東西，是生不帶來死帶不走的身外物，就不要太執著了！

素梅沒這麼看得開，經濟情況也不充許她能“豁達”起來！的確，那些家當財物都是生不帶來死不帶走的身外物，可是，不去搬出來可就活不下去了！地震毀了一家住所，也奪去頭路，將來面臨三餐不繼時，還能變賣或典當折現。現在放棄了它們，不就等於放棄未來，何況，兩個小孩還得靠她……

在危險、求生存與他人的婉拒之間，素梅掙扎許久，她終於覺悟到，貧苦的人沒有掙扎的餘地，沒有選擇的特權，唯能依恃的，是孤獨的頑強！唯能仰仗的，是被迫的勇氣！

求人不如求己，就隻身一人，就在危機四伏下，素梅摸進了那間搖搖欲墜的蝸居內，在膽顫心驚中，在死神環伺下，一項一項地，把家當財物搬了出來！

即使是泥性的人，看到這一幕，也不免動容，遑論是有任務在身而又年輕力壯的阿兵哥呢？素梅的堅韌終於激起了良心、同情和勇氣。慢慢地，有一些阿兵哥跟隨幫忙，將較笨重的家當也搬了出來。

在民間的愛心與物資投入下，東勢化基廠內搭起了帳蓬，以收容安置921受災戶，素梅自然帶著小孩投靠棲宿於此。在媒體每日疲勞轟炸式地煽情催動下，匯聚了全台灣的人道情懷，造就了組合屋。

和帳蓬比較，組合屋當然是更好的住所，尤其對沒錢租屋的素梅一家人而言。豈料，象徵民間愛心與人道援助的組合屋竟被官方設置了資格門檻－災民身份的門檻，由於素梅不是毀宅的“所有權人”，所以，遭到官方拒擋加入「災民陣營」！

這是何其謊謬的行政規定！素梅一家，遠比其它受災戶更貧苦，更值得同情，更迫切需要組合屋，更露骨地說，是地震前被政府階級壓迫的超級弱勢者，並且，也絕對是捐助者最想施捨“愛心”的對象，政府不趁此稍事贖罪也就罷了，竟然還要剝奪她的居住人權？

像素梅這樣的古意“良民”，除了逆來順受以外，還能如何？除了“安份”地在帳蓬裡過一天算一天，不然還能怎麼辦？（待續）
