2003-05-16 21:35:23幸福的身影！□編按：4月28日是國際工殤節，從4月28日起，＜蜂報＞增闢＜英雄木棉花＞之新版，定期於每星期一與星期四，分別刊出兩則台灣工殤者（因職業災害而致死者）的真實個案故事，以紀念台灣的工殤英雄，並引發台灣社會對工作傷害的省思、重視與預防。
慶瑤，原是台北縣萬里人，因母親早逝，父親疏於照顧，中學肄業後一直過著不安定的日子。他30歲那年，我們相識結婚，定居在我的家鄉學甲。後來我們一起搬來台北發展，慶瑤就在汐止的糧食行擔任送貨司機。 想不到，那天一大早，公司就通知他在北二高發生車禍，我連一身紅衣都來不及換呢，就急急忙忙趕到現場。警察帶我到他墜落地點時，我只看到滿地的血與迸裂的腦漿，還不知道他已經就走了，直到掀開白布，看到他的頭顱從人中的地方碎裂開來，幾乎要暈了過去。 肇事的原因源自這行慣有的「超載政策」吧，為了搶時間和多賺點錢。由於超重過多，使得車子爆胎失控，混亂的衝撞中，坐在駕駛座旁的慶瑤，就從破裂的車窗飛出，跌落七、八層樓高的地面，當場死亡。然而事後駕駛的同事卻被公司收買，在法庭上承認超載是他們自願的，與公司無關，使得我們只能領到些微的勞保死亡給付，扣除喪葬費，便已所剩無幾了。 失去慶瑤，這個破碎的家庭，和兩個嗷嗷待哺的孩子，每月只靠我兩萬多元的薪水，不僅入不敷出；心理上，還得時時面對缺乏安全感的恐懼。更不堪的是：因為賠償金的齟齬，夫家把慶瑤的死怪罪在我身上，認為我喜歡穿的紅衣是掃把星的徵兆。然而，那是慶瑤最喜歡的裝扮啊．．．．． 如今，我看著我和慶瑤的合照，那一襲襲紅衣的身影，代表他對我的疼惜與憐愛。未來我們母子會怎樣？我不知道。但是我們心中對慶瑤的懷念，是永遠也無法磨滅的。 口述：李賜美（亡者妻） 工殤協尋 ＜中華民工作傷害受害人協會＞邀請您 ◎工殤之家支持聯絡網會陪伴您一起走過工殤傷痛！ 中華民國工作傷害受害人協會之聯絡方式： 迴響
