月光，請為我引路！

□編按：4月28日是國際工殤節，從4月28日起，＜蜂報＞增闢＜英雄木棉花＞之新版，定期於每星期一與星期四，分別刊出兩則台灣工殤者（因職業災害而致死者）的真實個案故事，以紀念台灣的工殤英雄，並引發台灣社會對工作傷害的省思、重視與預防。

墜落身亡

緬甸的家鄉有個石頭廟，傳說人們一輩子只要去參拜三次，就不會窮了。我一共只去過二次，還來不及去第三次，民國72年，我便從緬甸仰光來台依親。

剛開始我住在中和市南勢角姨母家，36歲時，經人介紹與丈夫結婚，沒幾年，邵勳便在油漆時不慎跌落身亡了。

邵勳是南投人，獨自在台北工作了幾十年，沒存下甚麼積蓄。剛結婚的那兩年，我們倆一起擺路邊攤、賣自助餐，日子雖然過得辛苦，但是，一起奮鬥的感覺很幸福。

孩子出生後，為了多賺點錢，他經常需要出外打零工。那次，也是透過朋友介紹，到迪化街萬和宮油漆，第二天，醫院就通知我他住進加護病房了。我趕到醫院，除了掉眼淚外，腦中一片空白。邵勳睜開眼看看我，勉強笑著說了一句：
「我休息一下．．．．」

隔天，就離開我們母女了。

至今，廟方還不肯承認工安疏失，我一個外地來的弱女子，搞不清當中的雇佣關係，那位曹姓友人又避不見面，所以，我雖然透過了市議員及勞動檢察處居中調解，兩年來，賠償依舊沒有結果。

這兩年來，我一個人獨立撫養女兒，靠的是社會局幫我安插的掃公園的工作。原本以為到台灣可以過更好的日子；沒想到，老天爺還是不眷顧我。有時候，我會想像在夜深人靜的夜晚，有月光替我引路，我將帶著先生和女兒一起回到緬甸的石頭廟，為一家人未來的幸福祝禱……然而，這終歸是不可能了。

此刻，我唯一的心願就是好好把女兒撫養長大。

自1993年，工傷協會、工委會共同提出「工殤即國殤」的秋鬥宣言起，就透過立法、抗爭、工殤春祭、攝影展、聚會、畫展等不同形式的活動，進行工殤亡者的名單收集與建立家屬連絡網，目前已累積近四千筆工殤資料，包含不同年齡、性別、行業、種族、國籍．．．．的死傷勞工。

這是台灣勞動歷史中最不忍卒賭的一頁血淚記錄！尋找這些散逸各地的亡者家屬，是建構台灣工殤史的第一步，需要你我共同努力！
