2003-05-28 19:40:28IC卡 高屏醫師公會喊暫緩！轉載＜民生報＞5月27日報導 記者林秀美／高雄報導 ＜高雄市醫師公會＞理事長蕭志文說，現階段係疫情能否控制的關鍵期，全國各醫療院所正傾全力投入SARS防治工作，此刻若推動健保IC卡，網路、軟體公司等裝設人員必須在醫療院所內穿梭，增加感染及傳播病毒機率，恐造成疫情擴散。 另外，衛生單位若為掌握就診病患流向，現在的健保紙卡背面皆有記載，且換新卡時舊卡亦一併訂於新卡上，可供追查，故建請＜健保局＞暫停健保IC卡相關業務之推動。 ＜屏東縣醫師公會＞理事長林淼塘形容，健保局此時實施健保IC卡，是「趁火打劫」！醫療人員與患者都得不到好處，只圖利電信業者。他指出，健保IC卡設有民眾密碼，如果患者不願配合，提供密碼，醫師還是看不到患者的就醫史，對防疫發揮不了作用。 蜂報評註：＜屏東縣醫師公會＞理事長林淼塘很「勇敢」地也很誠實道出了，執政當局在全國醫師公會與社會輿論的強烈反對下，仍非要推動健保IC卡政策不可的背後，所不可告人的真實動機－即圖利電信業者！熟悉內情者皆知，所謂電信業者，就是以「東元電機」財團為首的一些電子資訊企業。而「東元電機」財團所獨攬的工程是健保IC卡的讀卡機！ 由 發表於 May 28, 2003 07:40 PM | 引用迴響
